Course Summary

If you think you’re ready to master the art of brewing once and for all, then this is the course for you.

Covering in detail all of the nitty-gritty of brewing, from water composition to grinding, roasting, and brewing, this course will take you through the different aspects of what can affect the flavour and quality of a cup of coffee (and believe us when we say there’s a lot). Once completed, congratulations; you’re officially a brewing master!

The Brewing Professional course can be taken with or without SCA accreditation and is the third and final step in the SCA accredited Brewing module. This course can be used towards the [SCA Diploma]( You need to have completed the Brewing Intermediate module in order to take this course.
