Course Summary

So you fancy yourself a pro, aye?

This three-day course dives into the deep-end of sensory analysis, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know from how to conduct an objective sensory study to how to taste and evaluate coffee to industry standards.

Not only will you take your practical tasting skills to the next level, you’ll learn the ins-and-outs of how tasting and smelling work, including their anatomical, physiological, psychological, and neurological aspects.

The Sensory Professional course can be taken with or without SCA accreditation and is the third and final step in the SCA accredited Sensory module. This course can be used towards the [SCA Diploma]( You need to have completed the Sensory Intermediate module in order to take this course.
