We’ll have a cupping session (coffee tasting), and understand how an espresso machine and grinder work together to extract coffee. We’ll look at what goes into an espresso recipe and diagnose bad extractions – and how to fix them! We also talk about the fundamentals of steaming milk and what makes the difference with a flat white, latte and cappuccino.
