Hand-brewed coffee has recently made a real resurgence and is often viewed as the pinnacle of specialty coffee drinks. On this one-day course, you’ll learn all about different brew methods and guidelines, as well as about the coffee bean itself and how to make sure to brew a good cup of coffee every time.
The Brewing Skills Foundation course can be taken with or without SCA accreditation and is the first step in the SCA accredited Brewing module. This course can be used towards the SCA Diploma.

The SCA Coffee Diploma is the most comprehensive and cost-effective way to learn and achieve the highest level of qualification within the coffee industry. Students receive points for each qualification they receive, and once they achieve the 100 points necessary, they receive their Coffee Diploma!
