The Introduction to Coffee course is the first step in SCA accredited courses and is perfect for anyone, whether you’re a budding home brewer or whether you’re working towards your SCA Diploma.

On this course you’ll cover a wide variety of different aspects of coffee, from where specialty coffee fits into the world market, to the history of coffee drinking, to the different species of coffee from around the world as well as the basics of tasting, roasting, brewing, processing and so much more.
